1. How to Power On / Off
Press and hold the center LOGO button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
2. How to Check the Battery Level
01. Red light flashes once → Battery level 100%–75%
02. Red light flashes twice → Battery level 75%–50%
03. Red light flashes three times → Battery level 50%–25%
04. Red light flashes four times → Battery level 25%–0%
05. During use, if the red light ring flashes continuously, the battery is low and needs to be charged immediately.
3. How Long Does It Take to Fully Charge?
01. Charging from low to full takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
02. When charging while powered off, the red light ring stays on.
03. When fully charged, the green light stays on.
04. When charging while powered on, the green light stays lit.
4. Battery Life After a Full Charge
01. The transmitter can work for over 6 hours on a full charge.
02. The receiver can work for over 8 hours on a full charge.
5. How to Pair the Transmitter and Receiver
01. When the receiver’s green light ring stays on, it means it is successfully connected to the transmitter.
02. After powering on, the transmitter and receiver will auto-pair. If they don't connect within 30 seconds, please restart both devices.
03. Double-click the receiver LOGO button to manually pair. Once paired successfully, the receiver’s green light stays on.
04. Factory Reset: Turn off both TX and RX, plug them into the power adapter, then press the LOGO button 5 times quickly.
05. Power them on again, and double-click the receiver LOGO button to reconnect.
6. What's the Working Range?
01. Up to 50 meters in open space.
02. Around 16 meters through one wall.
03. Around 25 meters in complex indoor environments such as offices.
7. What If There's Crosstalk or Noise?
01. Press the LOGO button on the transmitter once.
02. The light rings on both the transmitter and receiver will flash once, indicating that the channel has switched automatically to reduce interference and noise.
8. What If I Hear Electrical Noise or Audio Lag?
01. Avoid using the device while charging, as this may cause noise.
02. Using a power bank for charging can help reduce electrical noise.
03. If you experience lag or stuttering, keep the device away from interference sources such as 5.8G Wi-Fi routers or drones.
9. What If There's No Sound?
01. Check whether your instrument, piano, or sound card output is working properly.
02. Ensure the 6.35mm plug is fully inserted.
03. If using a 3.5mm-to-6.35mm adapter, make sure it's not loose — rotate clockwise to lock it securely.
04. Avoid operating beyond the transmission range or through metal walls, as signal blocking may cause loss of sound.
10. Using Multiple Sets at the Same Time
01. When using 2 sets, keep them at least 1 meter apart to reduce interference.
02. When using 3 sets, keep them at least 2 meters apart.
03. When using 4 sets, keep them at least 5 meters apart.
04. When using 5 sets, keep them at least 10 meters apart.
