Q: 1. Q: No sound can be heard from the headphones?
A:
(1) Check whether the headphone jack is fully inserted;
(2) Check whether the monitoring function is turned on (long press the M/S button to enable/disable monitoring). Turn the dial clockwise to see if the monitoring volume increases;
(3) Try using a different pair of headphones to see if sound can be monitored.
#2
2. Q: No sound during live streaming, and audio plays from the phone's speaker?
A:
(1) Check if the Type-C cable is properly connected to the live-streaming phone.
(2) Verify if the phone recognizes the audio device.
(3) Disconnect and reconnect the Type-C cable.
#3
3. Q: There is noise in the headphone monitoring?
A:
(1) Ensure the headphone jack is securely connected.
(2) Try a different pair of headphones to see if the noise persists.
(3) Check if the instrument input is not connected to an instrument (e.g., if an audio cable is plugged into the instrument input without an actual instrument).
(4) Check if the instrument gain is set too high; reduce the instrument gain if necessary.
(5) Check if the microphone gain is set too high; reduce the microphone gain if necessary.
(6) Check if a fast charger is being used for power supply. Fast chargers may cause interference with input ports. It is recommended to use a regular charger or power bank instead.
#4
4. Q: Hearing a buzzing sound in the headphones?
A:
(1) Try a different pair of headphones to see if the buzzing persists.
(2) Disconnect and reconnect the charging adapter and power bank to check for buzzing.
(3) Change the charging adapter and power bank to see if the buzzing continues.

5. Q: Unable to connect via Bluetooth?
A:
(1) Ensure Bluetooth is turned on (the BT button flashes blue when active).
(2) Check the distance between the Bluetooth device and the phone (keep it within 3 meters for connection).
(3) Reconnect the audio device to its power source.
#6
6. Q: The audio interface cannot monitor the PC accompaniment?
A:
(1) Check if the computer's audio input/output settings recognize the audio device (Synido Live dock A20 pro);
(2) Open Device Manager and check if the audio device (Synido Live dock A20 pro) appears under audio input/output options;
(3) Check if the output device in the audio playback software is set to the audio device (Synido Live dock A20 pro);

9. Q: Unable to charge the iPad after using an Apple adapter?
A:
(1) Disconnect and reconnect the Type-C cable.
(2) Change the charging adapter; charging issues with the iPad could be related to the adapter. If the charging current is less than 800mA or the voltage is less than 4.8V, the iPad may display “Not Charging.”This indicates that the charging current is too low to show charging status, but it is still charging slowly.
#10
10. Q: There is noise when plugging/unplugging microphones, instruments, or headphones?
A: This is caused by friction between the connector and the jack during insertion/removal. It is normal and will disappear once the connection is fully inserted.
#11
11. Q: No sound from the microphone when plugged into the 3.5mm jack?
A:
(1) The 3.5mm jack on this device only supports 5V microphones and dynamic microphones. A 48V microphone will not produce sound.
(2) The microphone mode indicator light is green for 5V microphones and red for dynamic microphones. If the mode does not match the microphone type, there will be no input sound. You need to switch to the correct mode for normal operation.
#12
12. Q: How to switch between mono and stereo modes?
A: The device has a dedicated mono/stereo switch button (labeled "MON"). When the button lights up red, it is in mono mode; when green, it is in stereo mode.
#13
13. Q: How to check the gain levels for instruments and microphones?
A: The adjustable input gain range for instruments and microphones is 3dB to 16dB. The gain level is indicated by the light display in the lower right corner. The monitoring output gain is controlled by the rotary encoder and does not display a specific value.
#14
14.Q: No respond when plug the A20 pro into the phone?
A: Most phones power connected audio devices via OTG by default. Some Android phones (especially OPPO and VIVO models) have a separate OTG switch that must be manually turned on to supply power and start the device.
#15
15. Q: How to connect the A20 Pro to a phone?
A: When connecting an Android phone to the Synido Live Dock A20 Pro for live streaming, the headphone icon will appear on the phone screen after a successful connection.
If you plug in the charging cable to power the device, it will also charge the phone.
#16-19
16.Q: How to connect the A20 Pro to a PC?
A: PC Connection Method:
(1) First, connect the sound card’s Type-C cable to the PC using a Type-C to USB adapter. (Note: The package does not include the Type-C to USB adapter; it must be purchased separately.)
(2) Click on the device name “Synido Live Dock A20 Pro” displayed in the bottom right corner of the computer screen to confirm a successful connection and start use.
17. Q: How to get the PC software and app?
A: This portable sound card does not have dedicated PC software or a mobile app. All functions are controlled directly on the device itself. It is designed to be used with third-party DAW software and livestreaming software.
18. Q: The sound is overloaded when recording the instruments?
A: Check the level indicator. If it's maxed out, it means the input signal is too high and the audio signal is overloaded.
Reduce the gain of the A20 Pro and check if the instrument output is too high.
19. Q: When recording instruments, if you use a headset, the own speech or ambient sounds get recorded?
A: It is recommended to use pure monitoring headphones for instrument recording, while headsets are for live streaming or singing.
#20
20.Q: What do these two columns of numbers represent?
A: The left side represents the level indicator, ranging from -24 to 0; the higher the value, the stronger the signal.
The right side, 3-16dB, represents the instrument input gain.
#21
21. : There is excessive noise while live streaming and charging?
A:
Check if you are using fast charging. Using fast charging while live streaming significantly increases background noise. This is due to common-mode noise.
We recommend using 5V1A or 5V2A charging.
