I’ve noticed that the Mute buttons on the Tempo Pad C16 cannot be pressed simultaneously. I saw in another thread that this might be unfixable. Could the support team confirm if that is the case? As a MIDI controller, not being able to press Mute buttons at the same time seems like a serious limitation. I would greatly appreciate it if this could be addressed in a future update.

The reason is as follows: Due to limitations of the MCU serial port, it cannot support simultaneous button presses. A slight sequence must exist, even a 1-millisecond difference is acceptable.
Additionally, optimization is not possible in the current version. You will need to wait for the MK2 version update for improvements. However, the release date for this new version is yet to be determined. We appreciate your understanding.
