Hi! My device doesnt seem to switch pad banks, only controller banks. Also when I open the App while the device is on via usb, the App just stays in Loading status but if i turn off the device or or disconnect, the App opens normal.
I would like an updated firmware please, maybe thats the reason for this problem.

We resolved this issue at the end of November. Please check if you are still experiencing this problem. If it persists, you may try performing a factory reset:
The specific steps are: Hold down the main control knob without releasing it, then press the “Up” directional button to restore factory settings.
