Here are our tests: We tested using the same serial port tool as you, and there were no problems.
Could you please tell us if you connected a different device? In your video, the "Source" data source appears to be a MIO device, not our Synido TempoPad P16.
If this is an intermittent issue, a device problem cannot be ruled out. However, we haven't encountered this issue on the MIDI OX. Therefore, please provide the name of the software tool used for testing in the video so we can reproduce the problem. Thank you for providing this information.
