Hi, I installed the tempopad16 software to my pc (Win11 Pro) and am getting two errors tied to DLL files.
VCRUNTIME140.dll and MSVCP140.dll seem to be missing. The error even told me that a new install might solve the problem. It didn't.
So I tried a WIN10 machine, same error and a WIN7 machine, no dice. I downloaded the DLL files and put them in my \Windows\System32 folder, but still can't be found by the synido software.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and how were they able to solve it?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
