3 weeks and I'm still trying to update the firmware. Online instructions are ambigupous/unclear, tech support email sent video in a language other than mine (english) and patience is extended as my Tempopad sits in a corner collecting dust because the pad latency is too long. Waiting patiently though as I try not to express my true feelings. Anyone have an assist on this matter?
